| Comment: | Another semi-conceptual one in a similar vein to \'The Red Dress\'. This one is about how a state of mind can affect the world that you observe, sometimes forcing you to question your core beliefs. Again credit to Fred for the recording! |

never thought i would say this but.. sounded too textured. I loved texture music, but this was just too much for what it seemed you were trying to accomplish. the sweeps at measure 93 really didn't fit Imo. Although, I did enjoy the song, I feel it could be better.

Pretty awesome. Little more darker than most of your stuff. Harmonies were a tad dull, but all your melodies were awesome! The pre chorus could have been cathier. The sweeps was a pretty cool touch too.

I must say I've heard better from you. I really liked the chorus, in its 2-chord simplicity, and the solo was the best part of the whole song. But the pre-verse wasn't quite upp to snuff. I didn't care much for that chord progression, especially not the G#5 and strange variations of it in the first two measures. In the verse I liked the riff but the octavy stuff was kind of a letdown. It felt a bit odd to have the octave stuff start on the same notes both times. The verse picks up momentum on measure 29 though. I'm bad with musical terms, but I hope you understand what I mean. I liked it, but you've done better, definitely.

It starts to kick in about the 2:30 mark but it took way too long to kick in and then it was short lived. I thought the first two and a half minutes were pretty dreadful to be honest. Too many power chords and clashing/dissonant moments with no real substance.

Yup, I've had this mp3 for awhile now. I guess I just assumed I had rated it. Or never thought twice about it one way or another. But this piece is absolutely stellar. I've loved it since I heard it.

Yes, the interlude was so awesome it was somewhat of a letdown when it first kicks into the solo, because you're expecting an explosion with that kind of a build-up. Very awesome song, indeed. This just begs to be recorded.

Ahhhhh ah ah ah ah ah ahhhhh. I fucking love that chorus and the timing of that sweeping lick, and when the two came together in the out-chorus I just about shat myself. That interlude was fucking boss as well. Ahhh ahhh ahhh, listening again.
